Pedal 4 Paws - Urban Core Bicycle Ride

Pedal 4 Paws, a charity bike ride through Jacksonville's Urban Core to benefit First Coast No More Homeless Pets (FCNMHP).

Riders will take off from Unity Plaza (across from the Riverside YMCA) and wind through Jacksonville’s urban core (Riverside/Avondale, San Marco, Downtown, Springfield and a Mandarin route for advanced riders.) The ride is open to all level of riders. The shortest distance is 7 miles, the longest for Advanced riders is 50+. This is a hop on hop off type of ride, not a race. The festival-like atmosphere will be alive with people who have a passion for pets along the route, and will feature history, the arts, live music, and fun for all ages. Gather your friends, family or coworkers and create your team today!

More information on how to register is available at http://www.fcnmhp.org/pedal-4-paws/. $20 per team member or $25 individual with minimum $35 donations for FCNMHP encouraged. Family and team discounts for 5 riders and over. FREE PARKING. Please keep your pets at home for this event, and everyone's safety. Helmets are required. Teams and Costumes are encouraged.

Pedal 4 Paws - 26 Days - Saturday April 4th. What are you going to wear? $100 in Bike Shop Gift Certificate or $100 in Veterinarian services to each FIRST PLACE to individual and team. Pedal 4 Paws supports FCNMHP and programs like spay and neuter. Look what has happened since 2002 when they came along with the animal community. Pedal 4 Paws - April 4th - 48 Days! What else will be along the route? Picture on one side, gorgeous views of the St Johns river and on the other side, architectural gems like The Leon Cheek Mansion. Leon Cheek was the son of one of the co-founders of Maxwell House Coffee.
