The SPAR quarterly community will feature several high impact projects being planned in our neighborhood now, including a new yoga/art/cafe space at 1st & Main, a new $2 million building by the Jax Speech & Hearing Center on Laura Street, and an update about The Artery's efforts to bring a major arts hub to Market Street. Open discussion at the end, as well. Refreshments served at 5:30pm, meeting starts at 6:00pm.
