Each month SPAR hosts a casual evening bicycle ride throughout the Springfield Historic District. Rides last about an hour and are at a leisurely pace. Open to all, just show up with your bicycle!*

For March, we'll gather outside the Robert F Kennedy Community Center at 2nd & Ionia Street, where JSO bicycle officers will teach us a few pointers on how to ride your bike like a pro, then we'll take off from there and enjoy a casual ride through our neighborhood.

If you like, get there early to attend the monthly Sheriffs Watch meeting, aka neighborhood watch, at 6pm (on the 2nd floor), where community members and local police leadership discuss and share crime issues, trends and tips.
