The Springfield real estate market is hot, with many buyers actively searching for historic properties. Join SPAR for this year's Preservation Workshop Series, focusing on buying and owning historic homes.

The first workshop is set for Thursday, August 31st at 6pm, when Amanda Searle of Root Realty will present information on purchasing an historic home. Amanda is a Springfield resident, working in the Jacksonville real estate market and specializing in historic neighborhoods since 2003. She'll be joined by Mark Riccaboni, owner of The Whole Story Home Inspection.
