She was admitted to the Florida Bar and inducted into the Order of the Coif in 1997. Her practice has been focused in the areas of government finance, real estate, land use and development, historic preservation and general corporate law. She began her career with Foley and Lardner, an international law firm; served as General Counsel of Montgomery Land Company and Senior Counsel at Rayonier; and now provides legal services through the Law Office of Christina Parrish in Historic Springfield. Christina has extensive experience with the acquisition, restoration and management of historic properties and has personally renovated a number of properties in a variety of local historic neighborhoods.

Along with SPAR Council, Christina has been active in the Springfield Area Merchants and Business Association, the Springfield Improvement Association and Woman's Club, the Springfield Mommies Group, Urban Core CPAC, and other community initiatives.
