In the second edition of our historic preservation workshop series, learn about federal tax credits for the rehabilitation of historic properties, as well as local property tax abatement programs at this free workshop. Refreshments will be served. This is one of four workshops to be presented by SPAR this Spring. The others include Researching the History of Your Home; Purchasing and Financing an Historic Home; and Historic Home Maintenance.
