The meeting was called to order by President Michelle Tappouni at 6:07 pm.

RECOMMENDATIONS TO BOARD FROM EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE:
• Motion to amend the fee covered for Chuck Loring Board Seminar from $50 to $60 per person.
PASSED
• Email votes recommended and approved by board
o Move to SPAR office and tenants to Baker Klein building up to 3 months, approved rent
and moving expenses up to $1,000
 Vote was confirmed at the Board meeting, Lease dates Sept. 1st to December
31st.

ADMINISTRATIVE: Building, Design Review, Fund Development
o Discussion on Full time and Part time Staff Contract and Metrics, Cost
o MOTION to extend Administrative Assistant’s hours by 10 hours a week into the
foreseeable future, to be paid out of either the general fund or PorchFest Fund, as
determined by the Finance Committee. PASSED
