Motion to move $3250 from Home Tour to SAMBA account – APPROVED

RECOMMENDATIONS TO BOARD FROM EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
● AmeriCorps Member for 2018‐2019
o Motion to move forward with part‐time AmeriCorps member for 2018‐2019 for
$3500 ‐ APPROVED
● Archival Filing Cabinet Purchase
o Motion to approve $1065 for the purchase of an archival filing cabinet ‐ APPROVED
● Sesquicentennial Committee Formation
o Motion to form the Sesquicentennial task force ‐ APPROVED
● Zoning Change Proposal
o Executive Committee will direct the DRC to draft a letter of approval for a future
vote.
● Chuck Loring Proposal – FUNd Development
o Motion to approve $360 for six attendees – APPROVE

OTHER NEW BUSINESS
● Committee chairs need to submit committee budgets to Finance Committee by July 15
● Street sweeping – pilot program for SW quadrant
