ED candidate Selection - Approval for the hiring of Kelly Rich as Executive Director

ED Compensation Offer - Approved

RECOMMENDATIONS TO BOARD FROM EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

• ED Candidate Travel Reimbursement Policy

Motion to pay $875 in travel reimbursements to ED candidates.  APPROVED

• Motion to purchase a Silver Sponsorship for the Florida Trust for Historic Preservation Conference for $1,000.  APPROVED

• Motion to provide 50% reimbursement for board members and 100% reimbursement for staff to attend the Nonprofit Center’s training and workshop series . APPROVED

• Motion to purchase tickets for staff for up to $75 to attend the LISC workshop - For the Love of Jacksonville. APPROVED

• Motion to approve the office rental agreement with Terrawise of $667/month with favorable termination clause.  APPROVED
