The meeting was called to order by President Michelle Tappouni at 6:13 pm.

• Block Captains –Hollinghead/Hope

  • Public Safety Fund – will review funds and if available for Holiday spending

  • Clean Ups – Announcements on Facebook

  • SHADCO

  • Alley Task Force - Continuing to work with RAP

• SPAR Building Management – Gardner/Conner

  • No damage from Hurricane Matthew

  • Bob Olsen moving forward with applying roof coating

• Commercial Corridors Beautification Committee – Glick

  • JTA Bus Shelter – no update from JTA

  • Tree replacement and ground cover

    • COJ willing to pay for 100% of perennial peanut, provide irrigation, and amend the soil as needed

    • New contractor for COJ tree program

  • Banners – PRI to fix banner rods, SPAR to collect all downed banners and return to PRI

    • Charles Garrison volunteered to get a count on # still up.

• Communication – Bill Hoff

• Design Review Committee –Pattrie/ Tappouni

  • Restructuring – Committee to function more like a neighborhood assistance group
