This request seeks statements of qualifications and proposals from qualified firms licensed in the State of Florida to provide engineering, architecture, and landscape architecture services for the rehabilitation of the Drew Residence at 245 W 3rd Street, Jacksonville, FL 32206 (Real Estate Number 070842-0000).
Due to our shortened timeline, please submit both the Request for Qualifications and Request for Proposal simultaneously and submit electronically to [email protected] by August 12, 2026.
Because the Drew Residence is a historic structure, responses should include qualifications and experience in historic rehabilitation, including experience working with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties, the Florida Department of State Division of Historical Resources, and the City of Jacksonville Historic Preservation Commission.
