CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order by Vice President Aaron Glick at 6:12 pm.

REVIEW OF FEBRUARY TREASURER'S REPORT

COMMENTS FROM GUESTS:

Lissa Dunn and Sarah Clark-Stuart presented to Springfield Stories and Oral History Project. Will
have a table at the Second Sunday events to promote. Asked for SPAR’s support for grant
applications and to link to the Oral History archives.
Diane Graese discussed the Rose Arbor event at Confederate Park on May 4.

    • Motion to approve additional $2000 for the Home Tour. Amended to change amount to $1000 to be used for advertising - APPROVED

• Governance - the committee has been working on the Succession Plan. The plan will be sent to the board to collect the information needed.

• Org Design - advertising for new administrative assistant
• Asset Management - repairs to the SPAR building have been scheduled
