CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order by President Michelle Tappouni at 6:10 pm.

Proposed J-Bill – Steve Diebenow
• Murray Hill and Springfield – Reduce minimum seating requirement for an alcohol license from 150 to 100 seats.
• Nov. 17th – Duval County Delegation to Tallahassee to lobby for the bill.
• Expected Hearing before Planning Commission January or February of 2017, if approved, send to Tallahassee in
March.
J-Bill Committee formed – Purpose is to identify corridors and portions of the neighborhood where the J-bill
would be most appropriate.

o Recommend approval of $30,000 minimum operating account balance (cash on hand) to be
maintained by organization – Finance Committee/ Executive Committee
