The meeting was called to order by President Michelle Tappouni at 6:10 pm.

RECOMMENDATIONS TO BOARD FROM EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
o Recommend approval of Nonprofit Center of Northeast Florida proposal for Board Assessment and
Training in the amount of $500.00. Motion APPROVED.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
• Block Captains – Hoff/Hollinghead
o Tree Plantings – NW Quadrant April 30th planting successful: 70 trees planted in neighborhood in the
last 4 years
o SHADCO
• SPAR Building Management – Gardner/Conner
o Bob Olsen finished with all general repairs.
o Carpets cleaned throughout building

o Investigating option for extending life cycle of roof
o HVAC System – Will present quotes next meeting
o Re-Keying of exterior doors to occur
o New mailbox to be installed in rear of building, continuing discussion with USPS.

o Spring Home Tour – May 21st and 22nd, Thursday – Jaxson’s Night Market
o Intuition Disc Golf – proceeds go toward maintaining golf course
o July 4th – permit required, seeking sponsorship
o Woofstock – co-sponsorship, permit pending

 Jags tickets package deal – “Give and Go with the Jaguars”, referred to the Development
Committee

o Main Street tree and ground covering – Committee continuing to coordinate with City officials and
subject matter experts, Schedule a meeting with City Council representatives
o Median Lighting – SIAA has begun replacing bulbs with LED and retrofitting hardware
o JTA Bus Stop – Meeting pending with JTA

o Potential Member follow-up from events
o Survey Questionnaire for after Tour
o Touch base with groups offering membership benefits prior to tour
