Forms can be printed and mailed with membership fee to: SPAR Council, 1321 North Main St., Jacksonville, FL 32206 OR we offer online payment (see below) and filled out form can be Emailed to: sparoffice@sparcouncil.org or mailed into the SPAR office with note that membership fee was paid online.
