Through this organization, he has been able to provide a voice for the local Wells Fargo lesbian, gay, bi, transgender (LGBT), and ally team members. Charles has made strides in connecting Wells Fargo to the local LGBT community in Northeast Florida. Each year, the Northeast Florida PRIDE Team Member Network participates in the River City Pride parade and festival and hosts a holiday party where toys are collected and donated to Holiday Helpers, an organization that helps children that affected by or infected with HIV/AIDS have a holiday season they normally would not be able to have.
